Terms and Conditions for SMS & Email Communication
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING.
By registering for the OC Home Buyer Webinar, hosted by Jeremy LeClair, Educator & Realtor® and LeClair Real Estate LLC, you agree to receive SMS and email communications in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Consent to Receive Communications:
By providing your phone number and email address during registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and email reminders from Jeremy LeClair, Educator & Realtor® related to upcoming webinars, events, and relevant follow-up information.
By submitting our online form or registering, you consent to receive SMS and email messages from LeClair Real Estate LLC, when you check the box agreeing to receive communication. You may receive multiple (2-3) messages a day and carrier rates may apply.
These communications may include:
Webinar reminders and updates. Information related to services from Jeremy LeClair, Educator & Realtor® and LeClair Real Estate LLC, and its aforementioned affiliates.
Message Frequency: You may receive multiple messages a day and carrier rates may apply.
Age Restriction: Registered users must be 18 or older.
You acknowledge that:
SMS text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (auto dialer). Standard messaging and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and service plan. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-Out of SMS & Email:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive.
After sending "STOP," you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. Re-enrolling includes replying to the SMS with "START" or re-opting in through the initial submission method & consenting to receive SMS.
To opt out of email communications, click the "unsubscribe" link/button at the bottom of any email you receive from Jeremy LeClair, Educator & Realtor®. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive marketing emails but may still receive transactional or service-related emails.
Data Collection & Use:
By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that Jeremy LeClair, Educator & Realtor® may collect and use your personal data (including first name, last name, phone number, and email address) for the purposes of sending SMS and email communications. Your data will not be shared with any third parties except as required to send these communications, and only in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Third-Party Communications:
Jeremy LeClair, Educator & Realtor® may work with third-party service providers to facilitate SMS and email communications. However, your personal information will only be used for purposes related to the webinar or services offered by Jeremy LeClair, Educator & Realtor®. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
General Terms:
You represent and warrant that the phone number provided during registration is your own and not someone else’s.
If your phone number or email address changes, you agree to notify Jeremy LeClair, Educator & Realtor® promptly to ensure continued communication.
Jeremy LeClair, Educator & Realtor® and LeClair Real Estate LLC, is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by issues outside of its control, including network errors, carrier restrictions, or device issues.
